My final list and post (thread)
Dear friends, fellow Resisters:
We will be retiring soon back to my private mtn. There is no internet out there, nor phone. So we are going to have to just "go dark". I like it that way, actually. Not sure exactly when this move will be made, but
@billmcgarry52 Who the fuck really cares about "the economy", which is just rich people getting richer! It has NOTHING to do with those of us working for slave wages and seeing the highest inflation ever!

@DavidLarter@MalcolmNance Fuck "the economy"! That just translates as rich people getting richer, has not a GODDAMNED THING to do with those of us earning slave wages!

Entitlement. Why does pro-environmental change have to be 'easy'?! In a climate, extinction, and biodiversity crisis, why do we think our ease and comfort are the priority? News: the environment is more important than you or I will ever be.
@Frajud12 I don't think it does. And we have court rulings that say it is ok to kill cops under certain circumstances, such as self-defense against "unlawful arrest"
While i fully support the upcoming week of refusal in support of roe, i will always question the tactics and push for more. Have any airports been shut down yet? No? Then it isn't enough.
@Frajud12 That is called "doing what it takes". In this country, we have a defense called the "necessity defense", Rarely used, but should be taken up much more frequently as this fight heats up. Basically, it says "i'm guilty, but did what i did bc it was necessary".
@Frajud12 Yes, indeed. Similar actions may be needed from our side but generally one can "peacefully" shut down everything without being a total ass.๐
@Frajud12 Another point about the "hooligans" comment. It implies that i am suggesting violence or destruction. When i suggest shutting down airports, we have to ask "how many karens does it take?". One. Then another. All across the country. Just someone being loud and crazy will do it.
@Frajud12 And i didn't mean to disparage your work. If i recall, those were sustained actions, rather than one-and-done pussy hat marches. All forms of civil disobedience are necessary.
@Frajud12 By referring to those who are willing to do what is needed as "hooligans", you demean those who actually made a difference while others simply held candlelight vigils and made no difference.
@BrayerCali I agree. And i think the american people have never had the balls to do what it takes to begin with, much less now after we've been failed so badly by our "leaders".
