They think I’m telling lies.

Behind the switch at BPC lies a fully functional Call Centre under the leadership of Ms. Idah Simola. The Call Centre plays a critical role in ensuring that customer queries, concerns, & faults are efficiently logged, & monitored.
@BPCBw Always able to get through to the call centre and they are helpful. They update if they have info or call back if they dont. Compliments to the call centre team.
A suggestion that where possible, BPC kindly send WhatsApp updates on unplanned interruptions.
@_WUC since the 20th March, I have been reporting a burst meter and nothing has been done (ref 311884142). This is the current state of the meter and continued water wastage. For a corporation that thrives on saving water, this is disheartening. More so in a water scare country.

Our panel discussion; “Support and Redress for Migrant Women – GBV And Maternal Health Rights,” looked at how migrant women face recurring threats from multiple perpetrators, and try to flee from it. It hurts that they flee abuse only to face systems that deny their rights.
Pearl Ncube, Ratong Centre, in our panel discussion; “Support and Redress for Migrant Women – GBV And Maternal Health Rights”,noted that prolonged separation and fear of being undocumented creates a mental toll on migrant women, making them flee to unite with loved ones.
Bontle Tlhage of BGBVC reminded us in our panel discussion; that hyperinflation or a total lack of opportunities makes migration a courageous act of love to provide for families left behind. Exposing them to danger & making them invisible systems meant to protect them.
