@united Instead we waited 4 extra hours. Alongside a load of passengers that were de-planed en route to London because their crew timed out while departing.

@united If United knew 11 hours in advance that there wasn't a gate at EWR for the Athens flight, then you could have known that your crew would time out for my flight, that far in advance, and had a new crew waiting. Then not tell us.

@united service reps told me that they held the arriving plane in Athens, because no available gates at @EWRairport… pushing my flight 1 hour, 5 hours before the original departure time. That flight arrived 5 hours ago, we still await crews, not gates. #cardshufflegame
