We have an ageing squad & are looking for some sprightly (young or old) players to join us.
Requirements
Higher than average IQ
Ability to assess & cope with the limitations of your teammates.
Have a drink after each home & away game.
Will to win even if the ability is not there.

We have the go ahead from our leader (Don) for a 49th season & attempt at winning a cup before he dies.

We can host preseason friendlies at Girton Rec.

Time spent travelling to ground, getting ready, 5mins on the pitch, 2 touches, travelling home.
Go down the local park with friends of different ages, same 60-120minutes, hundreds of touches, smiles & laughs

Having reached two semi-finals in the previous 47 years of Motts football. We have somehow now ended up in two semi-finals this season.
We seemed quite likely to fold when we got hammered 10-0 by @WestWrattingFC Res in October, it should have been more but the ref was kind to us.

We sorted ourselves out, got a tighter squad of lovely old people togther, the teams average age is now 37.5 (inc 1 Grandad)
Will we win either semis? Very doubtful, as the other 3 teams are top of their respective leagues. However we have a Balboa's chance & we love each other.
