@O2 since when O2 customer service has become so ridiculously rubbish. I’ve been on the phone for 2 days trying to get an idea for how much I’d be paying if I swapped from personal to business-aim only deal. Just an idea,nothing else. I got hung up on, made wait for over 30 mins

@sQuidcard do you mind sorting your system out? It’s very frustrating that I have to wait at least 24 hours for account to be topped up, that I cannot do a transfer between accounts because of a balance transfer in process I have not initiated, that withdrawal takes up to 10 days
