@windeeyohara @Codie_Sanchez True but If you focus on tested experience only, you miss the dreamers. That’s why I think it’s important to work on the process of listening, evaluating, discarding/ incorporating the info you have been given. You can get really good and fast at that process.

@Codie_Sanchez LOL I listen to every age group. From the exuberance of youth to wisdom of old age, you never know where you’re going to get your ideas. Then it’s up to you how fast you can evaluate those ideas, act on them, incorporate them or discard them.

@Perstormance To get out of the mess they were in on the ice and in the organization, you have to take risk and get lucky. For me next season is very much “who knows.” Good or bad. I think Chayka has done a good job overall.

@MortgageZarko @simmonssteve Hayley has an unbelievably impressive resume. She has her own private medical practice whereas O’Brien is I believe, 24/7 player development. I would want someone available 24/7 in the job, networking etc. if I was Chayka.

@GGmoney1793010 @simmonssteve That Leaf organization was toxic from top to bottom. From what I have seen, the recent hires will breathe new life into the organization. From there, who knows. I can’t see say Dan Palango, Andy O’Brien being anything but professional and respectful and knowledgeable.
