Not shocking at all. The DSA has an entire engagement machine built around foreign bot armies to pad the numbers of their candidate portfolio.

It’s how even local nobody candidates end up with 30k likes overnight even on mundane posts, but barely 100 comments with all of them negative.

Once a candidate/influencer is put into their engagement pipeline their numbers skyrocket. It’s all fake astroturf bs. Very few leftist pols actually built up an organic audience.
