Author of the Mousejunkies books. Listener of excellent musics. Practicing decentry since 1967. I went to WDW and ate charcuterie because I am very, very fancy.
I’m gonna vote for the party that wants to give fourth graders free school lunches instead of the one that wants to force them to have their rapists baby.
@MJMcKean I really only tweet about my kid and music and maybe vacation stuff, but I did want to say that 'A Date With Danger' was a lightning bolt, formative, brain melting thing for me. Python and Credibility Gap made me weird. So thank you.
Driving around the backroads of New Hampshire - stopped by a farmhouse brewery for a pint. Blasty Bough Brewing Company is perfect on this early fall day. #haveablasty
@timlav When I was a kid coming home from hockey games, my parents would put on Jim Sands' oldies on WHDH. The songs had to be 10 years old to qualify. My secret plan: In 1984 I could start requesting Kiss songs. I counted the days. It, uh... It didn't work.
@TheDisneyBlog @Epcyclopedia Last week, the side curtains didn't move, the welder didn't descend and Ben and Mark Twain didn't shake hands at the end (I just assumed they shortened the show or something.)
I'm lucky - new albums from 3 favorites in 1 month:
Iron Maiden: Senjutsu
The Killers: Pressure Machine
Bela Fleck: My Bluegrass Heart
I love any #IronMaiden, and #BelaFleck is legendary, but #TheKillers album is stunning, cinematic and perfect. An all-timer for me.
Back from #WDW. Favorite moments: @zengoalie getting me a replacement wedding band while 'I Will Go Sailing No More' played (gulp), FoP/walk-on (twice), blabbing with CMs constantly, Food and Wine Festival, walking up Main Street with @zengoalie, dusk boat ride from MK to WL.
Just back from #WDW. Looking forward to the return of: International CMs/cultural representatives, the MK train, the re-opening of UK shops (in particular,) ESPN on the Bwalk. Can't wait to go back to a fully recovered resort.
Back from #WDW. Only complaint: Renovations at Saratoga Springs. Completely de-themed the rooms. Very generic. No storytelling. Weird. I must be late to the party, because it surprised me. That said - a great stay. Great CMs, good location. We just preferred the old decor.
Back from #WDW. Best service: Lonnie V. at Splitsville. A total pro. Part of our group was running late, we got drinks and apps, he was part of the celebration. Made the night amazing. @SplitsvilleORL#disneysprings
