@dolawanle You're a man of your words. I just received a phone call from a friend in UK who attested to your instincts in making positive impact on everyone who comes your way. Life is as good as that bros. God shall continue to reward your heart of gold. I'm proud of you at distance.
BEFORE YOU RELOCATE, READ THIS๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ
Before you decide to relocate to the UK, do not only think of the money you will make or the qualifications you will get.
Think also of whether your marriage will survive and whether your children will not be taken away by the social services or whether the children will not be turned against you.
I am dealing with a lot of sad cases at the moment and let me tell you one.
A man brought his wife and three children to the UK as dependents. The wife got here and became very uncooperative. She became very unruly, hid her money, and called the police on her husband.
The husband was shocked when he got to the police station and the police told him that his wife said he has been raping and abusing her for 12 years.
The husband who is a professional cried throughout the time he was in the police custody to the extent that a senior police officer became interested in the case.
He decided to take over and investigate the case. He took the wifeโs mobile phone and discovered that people had been texting the wife about what to say to the police to get the right to live in the UK with her children without her husband and put the man in trouble.
Long story short, she has just been arrested and is in police custody. Aye le o!
So, donโt just Japa because others are traveling out. Think of the state of your own family. Think of the wife or husband you are married to. Think of what they are capable of if they get into the Western World. This applies to men and women.
A lot of you that are losing your family are copycats. You did not think of the situation before you jumped into it. Are you sure you are ready for it?
Feel free to share.
UK BORDER MATTERS.
A lady is being held at Heathrow, London as I write. She is here to join her husband who has been in tears all day in what is a genuine relationship.
They are holding her because they saw a text between her and her husband preparing her for the journey to the UK as she has never traveled before. The UK Border Force says it is not a genuine relationship because of the conversation but it is genuine.
Your text messages and WhatsApp messages on your phone may be accessed at the point of entry. They can use what is there against you even in this case in what is a genuine relationship. They are still holding her.
The implications of this is that if she is removed from the UK based on the fact that her relationship is not a genuine one, she will never be back in the UK.
The husband just told me that if that happens, he also will have to return to Nigeria as he has no business being here without his wife. Another sad case.
What is in your phone?
DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE INTIMIDATED BY UK BORDER OFFICERS.
Yesterday, a Nigerian student was prevented from entering the UK from London Heathrow Terminal 4 having landed with Qatar Airways after an 18-hour flight.
He was in his mid-30s and had never had any encounters with a white man or woman. He was asked several questions over the course he was coming to study. He answered to the best of his ability.
They then changed tact and asked him about his educational qualifications until he said he bought the certificate whereas he did not. When I asked him on the phone why he said that, he responded โSir, you donโt want to know what the Border Force officers did to me. I was tired of life and I was ready to return to Nigeria. I will never come back to the UK in my lifetimeโ.
I told him I could fight for him but he said he was too tired to fight. I then refunded the legal fees his family in Nigeria paid to me for him. Yesterday was a very sad day for me.
Let me tell you, do not allow UK Border Force officers to intimidate you to the extent that you will talk nonsense or admit that a genuine certificate is fake just for you to get off their hook.
Some Border Force Officers are reading this and are probably laughing or worried. So, again, I am calling on @RishiSunak and @SuellaBraverman to reform the UK Border Force and to give people access to their lawyers before their visas are canceled and they are removed from the country.
The same yesterday, I had another client at Heathrow Terminal 5 whom I told to write a letter of authority, sign it, and get a UK Border Force officer to email it to my office. The Officer then sent me an email to say he needed a letter of authority from me. I sent him an angry response that the client had it and he is the one to help her send the letter of authority to me to enable me to represent her. Some of the UK Border Officers do not know what they are doing. She was later released.
My advice is: If you are leaving your country to come to the UK, get legal advice before you travel even if you have obtained your visa, and also, send a letter of authority to a lawyer in the UK in advance so that if you have issues at the point of entry, they can quickly fight for you to prevent you from being removed unlawfully. You may need to pay a small legal fee. This is because, without a letter of authority, lawyers cannot act for you, and once you are in their hands, they may not allow you to write one before you are removed to your country.
Currently, the UK Border Force Officials are getting on my nerves๐ก
