Interested in together exploring our true nature, body's wisdom and natural movement in a modern world?
I have once again joined @ship30for30 and will be writing 30 Atomic Essays, over 30 day! 🚢
You can find all my essays and follow my Social Blog on: https://t.co/K2EMxD3hMb
In a fast-paced world, we need rituals and places that ground us in nature’s rhythm to bring humanity back to our thinking and creativity.
Day 29 of writing ends by offering the contemplation:
🌱 How can you create small moments of nature connection in your daily city life?
Day 27 of this writing journey — we’re nearing the final destination.
Today, I couldn’t keep it brief or “atomic essay” friendly. Maybe that’s a sign the topic needs more time to breathe.
🌱 How do we bring the old and the new to work together as a whole?
Day 22 of the writing journey.
Not every day is shared here, but todays is and touches on nature's wild and volatile side.
🍃 How can facing nature's, and our own, wild side help us grow and evolve?
This is one of the greatest gifts one could give! To be able to really see someone, beyond their ego defences and shadows, with compassion.
While not quite the same, I've had mentors and bosses who were willing to take me on for challenging projects before I thought I was ready. The way they believed in me before I did gave me wings and made a world of a difference.
Thanks for sharing this story.
Hello writer and creator friends 👋🏽🚢
I did it. I allowed myself to drift off course and missed it more than twice—the writing practice, so to speak.
(Not exactly what @JamesClear recommends!)
But I’m back, and I trust my writing now.
So here’s Day 18 and my free-flowing stream of consciousness on it:
Day 5 of the writing journey: A Book For Women Guided By Curiosity And Openness To Explore Their True, Wild Nature And Creative Force
Books come and go, all in their own time and place — and some really take you on a journey.
There are the ones where your whole being and all your senses are engaged. Where the words, stories and symbols take your breath away...
🌱 What’s one book that’s left a lasting impression on you recently?
Day 4 of the writing journey is here.
It’s always fascinating to hear how people end up where they are and why.
Here’s a little story about how my fascination with our true nature, natural movement and the body’s wisdom began to grow.
🌱 What’s the story behind what you do or explore now?
Yesterday’s writing – Day 3
In learning, what if it’s about less?
Less input.
More presence.
More listening inward.
More trust in the intelligence already alive within us.
When it comes to the body The Best Way to Learn Is to Practice, Embody, and Respect Its Timing
🌱 What’s your take on this? How do you tune into your body’s wisdom?
Day 2 of the writing journey is here. 🚢
How can we return to and support our true nature — especially in a modern world that so often pulls us away from it?
That’s my big question — and what I explore today through the lens of 3 topics close to heart.
🌱 Where are you headed, and what 3 themes will accompany you?
@jwginn It’s refreshing to hear you dared to listen to your body (even if wearables can offer great insights at first)—and how everything started changing from there!
I’ve set sail again with writing — here’s my Day 1 post from yesterday.
What keeps me coming back to the writing: Alchemy, creativity and connection.
And the topics of passion still hold true: exploring body's wisdom, natural movement and our true nature in a modern world.
🌱 What excites you the most about writing?
