You’re over here trying to defend this in the comments talking about “it’s that specific person-centered” and how you and your ex used to stay on the phone all night while you were out doing 100 activities. 😭 First of all, the first half of that sounds like emotional dependence. And being unable to spend time with other people without staying on the phone with your partner the entire time can absolutely point to insecurity, jealousy, or an unhealthy level of attachment.

Because why are you on the phone with your partner for hours while you’re literally spending time with people in person? 😭 You’re already there. Be present with the people you’re actually with.

And saying “I can go six months without female contact when I’m single” doesn’t really prove anything either.
