5 tips for mental wellness:
1. When you can't focus on your mind, focus on your body
2. Get outside
3. Cold showers/cold therapy
4. Practice forms of mindfulness(exercise, meditation, etc.)
5. Some form of journal activity

Today in #uwLSC432 I learned that @Facebook provides numerous ways to reach your followers but, it's more difficult for you to reach them with only 2%-4% of followers seeing your content!
Just a reminder, if you are struggling to focus, stressed out, mentally drained, or tired, get outside and move! It's refreshing and helps to get you motivated again!
