The world has been catastrophically failing the people of Sudan.
Weโre using our UN Security Council Presidency this month to shine a spotlight on the suffering in Sudan - calling for unimpeded aid, an end to arms flows and a humanitarian truce to end the cycle of bloodshed.
I respect @anassarwar but he is wrong. Keir led our party to a General Election victory 18 months ago and he is the right person for the job in difficult circumstances. The public want us to fix the countryโs problems, not fixate on ourselves.
Iโm recovering from surgery just now so will not get involved in the events in Westminster. I will say one thing- the Prime Minister needs to be allowed the time to focus and get on with the job of delivering for the people of Britain. Anything else is an unnecessary distraction.
