The Council of Ministers of the Federal Government of Somalia approved the National Sports Development Policy. The policy will strengthen sports governance, support athletes & sports institutions, and advance the development of an inclusive & coordinated sports sector in Somalia.

The commemoration concluded with a national youth gathering attended by over 1,000 young people, where H.E. the President viewed a documentary on the achievements & challenges facing Somali youth & listened to presentations from the ministry leaders & youth reps. #SYL #Somalia
