Average power hour by hour - Edinburgh to London plotted against 2019 CTT 24 Hour champs (first 18 hours) - more junctions, traffic, lights etc means you're pedalling less so broadly lower but AP (Average Power) for both was identical. Thanks to @MP_CCoaching for the analysis.
