1...Please share amongst your #NHS trusts. Part of my role as a Medical Examiner Officer is to speak to bereaved families about care prior to death. With no visiting at lots of trusts, families are not able to visit (unless EOL etc)

2....And a lot of the time are really struggling to get through to busy wards on the phone for updates on their loved ones, sometimes waiting hours. Now they understand the pressures everyone is under at our hospitals but I’m looking for any suggestions
