Observation on Europe

Spaniards have been domesticated. They are happy to make their little salary and go home. Spain will be bought up by foreigners. Either to wfh or to retire from because it is an easy place to live with great weather

Southern Italy has nicer towns and geography than spain but foreigners won't enter en masse to buy there because the Italians are still wild. It still feels very scammy. They are trying to get an edge, still. It doesn't feel comfortable to someone coming from a rule based stable western country yet.
