The CEO didn’t answer.
Instead, he asked:
“Do you recognize this email address?”
I looked at it.
It was mine.
But the messages had been sent from it while I was asleep.
Then HR said:
“Your account has been accessing confidential files for three months.”
I stared at my boss.
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
He leaned back in his chair.
“Because we thought it was you.”
