@dannyhall04 3 goals in those 34 games though Danny…we just need to move on from looking backwards. He had some good games for us but holistically his time with us was underwhelming. Great 1st season. Poor 2nd and 3rd. Good 4th. 29 in June, I think we can find better options.

@12DaisiesX0X @KirstieMAllsopp @RachelReevesMP The point is you need the stamp duty in cash up front. So it might ���only” be 3%. But, if they are putting down 15% deposit say, that’s getting on for 1/4 of their deposit gone. And that might mean you can’t move.
That is bad. if the market stagnates or crashes no one wins.
