@makoto_inoue@wanchain_org EIP55 makes Ethereum account address case sensitive. This is only enforced at the UI/app layer. The transport layer are still using binary that does not check 0 and 1 for checksum. Wanchain reversed cases to differentiate from eth addresses if checked. Doc is right.
