The Biti Era Beckons as Zimbabwe's Opposition Support Shifts Away from Chamisa (Biti 1 - 0 Chamisa)
In what political analysts regard as the most glaring signal yet of Tendai Biti's anointment as the West's opposition 'heir apparent,' the former Zimbabwean Minister of Finance was chosen to deliver a scathing attack against liberation movements during a recent address at a Daily Maverick gathering in Cape Town. Met with fervent applause from white capital interests, Biti forcefully criticised regional governments led by former liberation movements, erroneously branding their nationalist policies as obstructive to development. Ironically, these condemnations coincide with the convening of former liberation movements in Victoria Falls this week.
Biti, known for his unsophisticated, brash, and confrontational style, has attracted support from Western sponsors despite facing legal charges for assault of a woman in Zimbabwe— an accusation that adds a somber hue to his burgeoning political image.
With Nelson Chamisa's influence waning, the quest for his successor has been expedited. Clues pointing to Biti's grooming for leadership trace back to his affiliation with the Brenthurst Foundation.
Biti emerges as the opposition's frontrunner, boasting a track record encompassing roles such as former deputy president in the original MDC, Minister of Finance, author, lawyer, and seasoned politician. The groundwork is laid for Biti's imminent ascension to regional and international platforms as a speaker addressing governance issues in Africa. Glaringly, nothing is lined up for Chamisa.
Amidst the turmoil within opposition circles, Biti and Prof. Welshman Ncube wield substantial support, as evidenced by their nominations by regional CCC diaspora branches, underscoring their pivotal roles in rejuvenating the party. Biti's post-election announcement of a sabbatical to focus on legal practice, international commitments, and literary pursuits was anything but coincidental. His return from this purported sabbatical will signify his calculated emergence as the new face of the regime change agenda in Zimbabwe.
The strategic alignment of Biti with political and economic influencers worldwide by the Brenthurst Foundation establishes a network primed to bolster his leadership aspirations at the opportune moment. Biti's collaborations with former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo, Tanzanian opposition figure Zitto Kabwe, and Ugandan activist Bobi Wine, coupled with his leadership of election observer missions, afford him extensive engagement with Western diplomats, funders, and governance experts.
When you refused people to make their choices ,then democracy is defeated. How do you justify your explanation? You don't take your personal hatred to every household and the try to be Mr Nice guy.
The Opposition never dies as long as things are done correctly for the betterment of everyone, democracy does'nt allow personalisation of the people's movement but the involvement of everyone in decisión making, that's what we're advocating for and we'll get the much needed goal.
As we stride towards our next challenge, let's channel the spirit of a mighty eagle—swift, focused, and ready to soar.

It's a baseless point, what did Kloop win as a player? What did Tuchel win as a player or even Pep? But they are doing something as Managers. If the clubs they are leading had the same notion then we wouldn't have these clubs performing so well.
@Sporf Can't stand him but Jose has a major point.
I'm tired of players that never managed teams, constantly telling managers how manage.
Then you have players that won nothing, telling managers and players how to win.
Literally 95% of pundits are unqualified.
The regime will use you & discard you without hesitation. Terence Mukupe, a once talkative government official just like Nick found himself behind bars. He has been incarcerated at Chikurubi Maximum Prison for the last four months & no one cares because the regime has new bootlickers on board. Lesson for Nick, he thinks he is unstoppable but one day his own Cdes will stop him. It’s just a matter of time, we will be here.
Today was rough. Searched 18 bars for Castle Lite, but no luck. The bar in Chivi didn't have any either. Delta, please don't let us down like this. Castle Lite is my news to the nation. Afraid to speak up when sober

Solskjaer: "Part of signing Cristiano Ronaldo was getting that passion from him, but that did have its complications. You’ve got Greenwood, Rashford and Martial, who can learn from him as he’s the best, the most disciplined and he’s been the best player in the world, and you think he’s going to help them."
