🚨 UNREAL: A Biden-appointed judge just ORDERED the Trump administration to reopen the Diversity Visa Lottery.

Judge Jinsook Ohta of San Diego ruled that Marco Rubio's State Department must restart the program for 2027.

That opens the door to up to 55,000 GREEN CARDS handed out by random drawing.

Trump paused the lottery last December after a shooting suspect was found to have come into the country through it.

So the administration shuts down a program with a security problem, and an unelected judge forces it back open.

We pick our immigrants based on MERIT, not a raffle.
