Sometimes we need a kick to get ourselves in order.
Being consistent is a skill like anything else. Showing up everyday forever is not a realistic expectation. Life happens. So how about scoring your progress + aim to improve. Set a goal - train 16 times per month - at month end score how well you did and next month improve.

Seems strength to ensure must come in many forms. Physical, mental, spiritual, social bounds will be tested and people’s resilience also.
But never fear, somewhere out there an idiot is busy showing children how to twerk.
Realize that when you say “Yes” to something you implicitly say “No” to something else.
EG : when you say no to a training session, you just said yes to a detraining session or a recovery day.
Did your day start as you planned?
Nope? It’s early so just turn it around. We dwell at times on what we lost and we lose sight of what is to gain.

Do not wait for praise.
But give your clients and team mates praise often. Sincerely. Small or big, just do it NOW.

When I’m doubt slow down, look wide check your moral compass, your goals and status, then determine if you need to:
1 persevere
2 pivot - too crappy of a situation
3 adjust to the new circumstances
Go do, build, live!
Can’t stress this enough. If you feel “busy” but unproductive get rid of
1 positions that do not serve you
2 busy tasks that do not produce a thing
3 people who tax your schedule for nothing in return
Declutter space and mind to get clarity NOW!
