According to reports, Watson is facing 10 alleged violations stemming from his conduct.

For active-duty service members, this isn’t simply a free-speech debate. The military imposes restrictions on partisan political activity—especially when someone is in uniform and could appear to be speaking on behalf of the armed forces.

Watson is entitled to due process, and charges are allegations until adjudicated.
