This is Bria & Capella at Symphony Park — and that tall one, Capella, is being billed as the first luxury high-rise apartment tower in Las Vegas.

Not condos. Not a casino hotel. Apartments.

22 stories. Hundreds of new residents. Ground-floor retail. Walkable streets. Palm trees. The Smith Center across the street. Downtown on one side, the Strip glow on the other.

This is the part of Vegas people miss when they say the city is “dead.��

Dead cities don’t build new neighborhoods around art, music, restaurants, museums, apartments, sports, and culture.

Symphony Park used to be old rail yard land. Now it’s turning into one of the most interesting urban districts in Las Vegas.
