Problem is that there isn’t a whole lot of literature for biceps femoris tendinitis out there, a lot of the rehab focuses on proximal.. my PT has been giving me gradual work, but I don’t feel like there’s progress until I try heavy

@TrevorKeck @scottcarlinpt I am finding that lifting heavy weights especially targeting the part of the hamstring helps… I’ve wasted too much time already with resting (doesn’t help), ice (also doesn’t help), compression (helps slightly). With respect to “dosage” did you take NSAIDS? Been told not to.

@hockeyesque This no-goal might be more of a summary of Leafs lack of playoff success.. no net drive players to make sure that the puck is in the back of the net. The fact that Rielly is the one not afraid to go the front of the net might be more of a concern for the leafs here.
