For the first time in 300,000 years of human evolution, we removed the cost from the single biggest reward nature ever invented — sex and pair-bonding.

Reliable birth control + abortion = you can now cash the evolutionary lottery ticket without paying the 20-year mortgage of pregnancy, diapers, sleepless nights, and college funds.

Result? An entire generation of 18–35-year-olds walking around with the energy, libido, hormones, and protective instincts that evolution spent millions of years calibrating for child-rearing… but with zero actual children. That energy didn’t disappear. It got redirected.

Heather Heying’s observation is brutal: young women especially began treating ideologies the exact way evolution wired them to treat babies. Climate change, social justice, whatever the cause of the month is — it gets defended with literal mama-bear ferocity, the same neurochemistry that once guarded a toddler from predators now guards an abstract idea from wrong think.

And now Elon is promising the second shoe is about to drop: AI-driven abundance will make money as “free” as sex became in the 1970s. Both of evolution’s primary carrots — mating and resource acquisition suddenly cost almost nothing.

Weinstein’s ice-cold question: When producing and protecting actual children is no longer the central organizing principle of adult life… and when creating wealth is no longer required for status, security, or attracting a mate…What is left to give a human life direction, meaning, and structure?

Are we about to become a species that invents bigger and bigger dragons to slay just to feel alive? Or do we drift into total listlessness? This 3:52 clip is genuinely haunting.

I remember once when I was gov contracting for the agency I was working in a remote part of the Middle East. We had a boss who I couldn't stand, he had almost gotten us killed on multiple occasions, he couldn’t make a decision for the life of him, and overall was just a terrible leader. Everyone I worked with agreed and despised him.
One day after some detected surveillance which later became an engagement directly due to his leadership I looked at my counter part and said this:

“Honestly, if it wasn’t your job, would you save that piece of shit?”

He looked at me dead in the eyes and said:

“F*ck yes I would, that is a f*cking American.”

Then he got closer knowing where I was going with this and said in a stern voice:

“Wouldn’t you?”

It was at that point in time that I realized I was the piece of shit, not the person I was pointing my finger at. I knew that instant that I was a horrible representation of the flag that I wore on my chest and that I didn’t even deserve to be there. I immediately adjusted my attitude, but I felt ashamed for even having thought of not rendering aid or conducting combat to save another American simply because I did not agree with his decision making.

It is that exact sentiment that I see in this country today. Wishing the worst, death and beyond on another American because they think differently than you. A whole lot of finger pointing and not a lot of self reflection.

We all have blood on our hands at this point.
Every race
Every gender
Every religion, political party, sexual preference, nationality, and so on…

I don’t know what it’s going to take for the country to learn this lesson, but it is not going to get any better and continue getting worse until we all realize that we are all “f*cking Americans”.

Give yourself the room to say “You know what, I never thought of it like that, maybe I’m wrong about this one.”

Be like my counterpart was, not like I was. We’re all in this together and we’re all American whether you like it or not.

This week on @LoomerUnleashed, I asked Sherl, whose husband Darrell died from cancer after serving at the Camp LeJeune Marine Corp base, what she thought fair compensation from the government would be.

She said no amount of money can bring her husband back, but the government must be held accountable. These families deserve more than silence. They need justice. Hopefully the Trump administration will deliver adequate compensation for the Camp LeJeune victims and their families.

The Camp Lejeune Justice Act passed in 2022, but victims are still dying without a dime in compensation.

Sherl's husband Darrell served proudly in the US Marines @USMC. He died of cancer caused by toxic water from the base at Camp LeJeune, and six years later, the government still hasn’t even apologized for their cover up.

Worse, many people who were exposed to the contaminated water still don’t know it because everyday, people are getting diagnosed with illnesses and only later finding out it’s because they spent more than 30 days at Camp LeJeune.

They’re battling rare cancers and chronic illnesses without realizing Camp Lejeune may be the reason why. Some will die without ever knowing the truth, and many already have.

Sherl refuses to let her husband’s death be forgotten. And she’s right. This delay of justice is inexcusable.

It’s time for the Department of Defense to apologize to the one million Americans who were poisoned or made sick as a result of their time at Camp LeJeune, and it’s time for the US government to compensate the victims and their families. We need justice for these Marines who haven’t received any compensation since the Camp LeJeune Justice Act passed under Joe Biden in 2022.

Obviously for Biden, it was all just for show. This is an opportunity for the Trump admin to right that wrong. @PeteHegseth
