@Cowboy_Bikes I received my bike this week, and it was incredibly damaged. I have tried multiple times to contact your support team, and so far they have been dismissive of my responses, and even told me to consult assembly videos. What is up with your lack of customer support?

@_kylejs_ I ended up returning both bikes-whole process took months, and I’m still fighting with cowboy to get a refund for the accessories. I would recommend going with another company until cowboy sorts out their QC and customer service for the US. Would NOT recommmend
