@VodafoneUK I can’t call 191 as its a vodafone sim in a wifi device not my mobile which is with o2. Do you have a long number I can call from any phone?

@VodafoneUK who do I speak to so I can get a vat receipt for the mobile wifi hardware I bought? Been bounced around three departments now. If I bought it in a shop I’d get a receipt why can nobody seems to send me one for an online purchase.
