Updates cant stop physical Games from being played if they dont have a partial installer

After 65 pulls your chances to get a 6* increases by 5% each pull until you get to pull #80 but after 80 those increases goes away.

He/She can get Arcane(Rate up) or any other 6* featured before the guaranteed pull and still get Arcane on the guaranteed pull.
