The private company handles basically everything, they

- Installing and operating the cameras
- Processing of the images
- They mail the notice
- They then go out and serve people who don’t respond their ticket

The private company Verra Mobility gets a base fee of about $3,000 per camera per month plus $20 for every ticket that gets paid

This creates a clear incentive to pursue collection aggressively

The point isn't that managing a Panda Express is an inherently undesirable job, or that it's inherently "beneath the station" of regular White men. It's that the job specifically sucks *in our current society* because 1. It doesn't pay nearly enough for the amount of work it requires (due to mass immigration's downward pressure on the price of labor), 2. It's artificially low status in the eyes of women because they're artificially high status and wealthy (due to feminism and The Wifeguy Gang), 3. It's 10x more difficult and less pleasant than it would otherwise be because your labor pool (and most of your customer base) is all non-white subhumans (also due to mass immigration)

Rufo supports all of these things. He supports mass immigration, he supports non-white immigration, he supports feminism, he supports every single aspect of the status quo that makes an otherwise perfectly fine Normal White Guy Job (managing a restaurant) a totally shitty, undesirable option in our current society. *Guys like him* are the reason why managing a Panda Express isn't a viable option for regular White guys.
