Every year in Kenya we are told there is a huge budget deficit.
Now, a normal person would assume the solution is simple:
-make budget cuts,
-stop corruption,
-reduce wastage,
-and live within our means.
But instead, the President increases the State House budget, employs a plethora of advisers, and creates unnecessary positions for people to eat.
The Deputy President on the other hand is reportedly spending millions daily on local travel.
Then the same government tells wananchi the solution is:
-more borrowing,
-more taxes,
-more levies,
-and more sacrifice from struggling citizens.
How did we end up in a country where government luxury expands during economic hardship, but ordinary people are told to tighten their belts every year?
đ°đŞ EXPOSED: France got humiliatingly kicked out of the Sahel for decades of neo-colonial plunder, military bases, and resource extraction.
Now Macron is in Nairobi, smiling with Ruto at State House as they secretly sign 11 new âinstrumentsâ between Kenya and France.
No public details. No debate in Parliament. No explanation to suffering Kenyans paying killer taxes.
This isnât âpartnership.â
This is Françafrique 2.0 â hunting for new hosts after West Africa said âenough.â
Kenya is NOT for sale, Africa is NOT for sale.
What exactly did Ruto sign away? Our sovereignty? Our resources? Our future?
Kenyans deserve full transparency NOW.
@Kenyans Expect UDA MPs to walk around in funerals with appointment letters to hand out to teachers because shame is foreign language and meritocracy is no longer fashionable.
.@RadioGenKe you know where the problem is? That nonsense about talent and "learner centered" which the media celebrates. I warned that those ideas disempower teachers from using tried and tested methods of teaching children to read. Now the teachers are being told not to have reading exercises in class because not all kids are equally "talented" in reading. But reading is a skill, not a talent.
Anyway, the media must take responsibility for refusing to understand and communicate the problem with CBC. To all media people in Kenya: until you honestly address your role on misleading Kenyans about CBC, shame on you. You really did bad to Kenyans and especially Kenyan children.
