Serious issues with @Upstox Developer API –
Historical F&O data fetch failing with:
"Something went wrong... please contact us" (Error UDAPI100500)
Without any notice, Upstox reduced the data fetch limit, breaking live algos.
What a height of stupidity, insanely stupid.

@UpstoxSupport Ironically, I’ve been paying extra brokerage (UpstoxPlus) expecting faster execution and better support. But after this experience, I have more than enough reasons to switch to a more reliable broker like @zerodha

🚨 Upstox Glitch Cost Me Real Money 🚨

I used the newly launched Strategy Order feature on Upstox to place a simple options trade. Due to a platform bug, one leg was squared off, and now I’m unable to exit the remaining position. When I try, it says "No active strategy found."

Customer support blames a settlement holiday, but that has nothing to do with intraday NFO positions. The real issue is:
🔴 The feature is broken
🔴 You can’t exit or partially book positions
🔴 Real money is stuck — and losses are growing

Is Upstox seriously doing live testing with real user accounts? Who is responsible for my losses?
@Upstox @UpstoxSupport — This is unacceptable. Fix your bugs and compensate users affected.

I urge @SEBI_India to look into this urgently. Retail traders are paying the price for broken systems.

Yesterday, I spoke with a customer support representative who assured me that my position had already been squared off and was only showing up on the platform temporarily—it would clear by the next day. However, this morning I saw that the position was still open, and I had to manually close it myself, incurring a loss.
