@ViCustomerCare My issue is not GST; it is mis-selling and false commitments. On what basis was Complaint Ref. 4-187681184887 closed without a mutually acceptable resolution? Requesting a written response from the Appellate Authority/Nodal Officer.
@ViCustomerCare Mr. Prashant, your reply actually confirms my complaint. Vi admits Ms. Janvi Singh promised ₹1401 inclusive of GST and a lifetime GST waiver. If Vi acknowledges a wrong commitment and has taken action against the representative, why should I bear the extra charges?
@ViCustomerCare I never agreed to the closure of this complaint. The 4-month waiver condition was never disclosed during port-in and was later admitted by the representative herself. Please share the call recording proving otherwise.
@ViCustomerCare Prashant case was already being worked on without any verification. If its mandatory how was the case being processed then? My issue remains unresolved despite multiple followups. provide the complaint status, actions taken & expected resolution date instead of generic responses.
