@McDonaldsUK used the festival leisure Basildon store today. Have to say what a terrible experience. Had to wait over 20mins for our orders, both ended up being cold. Mine with sauces missing. Others in the same position. Not an enjoyable experience. Management need to get a grip
@c2c_Rail when is contactless coming to the entire c2c route. Still have loads of issues with my smart card and eticket. Hoping this may solve the issues
@c2c_Rail I tried to use my Mastercard at laindon station gates but it does not work. I thought this new service ? Are there issues or has this yet to be deployed?
@c2c_Rail not only a rail replacement bus, but yet again issues with my smart card not working and unfriendly unhelpful staff at the station. Not great!
@c2c_Rail is there an issue with the app buying tickets to load onto the smart card? I no longer see the option to select load onto card. Only saying print a paper ticket. I loaded only my card on Monday and was working ok.
@AmazonHelp@TimmiPatten Yes my light bulbs have not worked since Saturday evening. Removing and trying to re pair them, it never discovers the bulb when you put it in pairing mode. Please fix asap.
@BootsUK pretty poor. Booked a flu jab for 1:20. Arrived early. No one at the desk or around. Now a huge queue. What’s the point in an appointment if your not going to honour it!
@LQHomesMatter people keeps parking in our car parking space that we rent from you in a double gated locked underground carpark in London. Now we have nowhere to park as restrictions all round. No out of hours service or repercussion for offenders. What can be done about it?
@bt_uk not a good start. Internet service activated today. No router has arrived! Thus no internet. Why do you send them out so late when you know the activation date! No updates on Royal Mail website so days most likely with no service. Thanks!
@AmazonHelp is there a bug with echo shows. I have two. Both now show a blank screen when playing music when before they showed the lyrics or album artwork.
@amazonmusic looks like the latest version of the app for iPhone does not work. Crashes on opening. All the suggestions to fix it also don’t work. When are you going to revert it push out a fix as can’t listen to anything now!
We did also mention this to the staff at the sales desk whilst another furious customer was complaining about changing rooms. However we were brushed off that customers are the ones that cause all of the mess.
@marksandspencer think you need to sort out the Bond Street store. Changing rooms like a jumble sale and toilets that stink. Not what you’d expect from any M&S
Terrible service from @blacks_online, Sent the wrong Item and will not send a replacement. Have to go a full return or travel 30 mils to a store to exchange. So I'll have to pay out again to get the order in time for my Dads birthday while I wait for the return to process!!
@BigEasyLondon when I try to walk into the restaurant for a table I’m told there is a 1hour 40 min wait. But I can book online with Multiple times available, then walk straight back in with a reservation and get sat down?
@DPDgroup_news please train drivers to use door bells and actually wait for people to get to the front door. Lucky my door bell caught the motion so I could chase after her. Soft knock on the glass and waited 3 seconds.
@DPDgroup_news why do so many drivers not use the door bell, bang on the door gently and run off so fast before you can get to the door? Thankfully caught this one but I literally ran to my door. This must cause so many missed deliveries!
