@GeeksGamersCom If only there was a way Disney could make movies that are entertaining and are made for the public and not to prop up the fragile egos of the self-loathing “creatives” who’re infesting the whole of the media.
If only - amiright?
@esjesjesj The bad guy is not a cop - it just looks like one.
T2 is an unnecessary movie and nowhere near as good as the original - having said that, if it were released today, people’d still like it because it’s a good movie. It is entertaining and not a sermon.
@Evanit0 It’s not about the games, it’s about the fact that actual ownership of things is being taken away - movies, music, games - just the tip of the iceberg.
Owning nothing and being “happy” about it is being implemented and no one should be okay with that.
@abethebabe_@PlayStation It was there too. It wasn’t as pervasive because back then, many of us were still under the “convenience = gooder” fallacy.
That slippery slope some folks were harping on back then??? We’re at the bottom of it.
@GTAVI_Countdown It wasn’t free. Dude worked for around 8 months completing daily tasks, using Bing, and unlocking game achievements in order to earn the equivalent of $100
There is no such thing as a free lunch.
@OrevaZSN Concessions have always been outrageously expensive. Its the primary way the actual theaters make mone and sure, maybe they’ve gone a bit overboard, but there was never a time when buying a Snickers at the theater was reasonable
