Oh, and Leonie & I have started a company called Gaian Soul, offering all sorts of retreats down here in Cape Town if you want to come join us!

The initial offerings are 'Nature Reconnection Adventures' where we'll be camping & hiking A LOT, digital detoxing & fireside chatting.
