BREAKING: All-white jury selected for the Karmelo Anthony murder trial.

Prosecutors used their peremptory strikes to clear every single qualified Black juror out of that pool. The defense objected, a straight Batson challenge, arguing that race was driving those decisions.

But prosecutors pushed back hard saying every strike was race-neutral. Claimed it came down to media exposure, bias admissions during questioning, or other case-specific issues. Prosecutors even struck some Black female educators along the way.

The judge overruled the objection… and let every one of those strikes stand.
