Yes a child may have some knowledge of right and wrong but a child isn’t matured enough to fully understand the intricate implications of their actions. You as a grown man/woman understand this because you have lived through that phase and learned from it, so it is your duty to guide them to a right path, and not to take advantage of that. That’s what we mean by a child doesn’t know any better, hence why a child is not to be blamed when he or she is assaulted by AN ADULT FIGURE. The blame would always fall on the ADULT.
