@HFletcherWood @TeacherTapp How far do ECF demands influence recruitment of ECTs? We have 8 & whilst they’re great, training days are a challenge for cover + protected mentor time each week. Perhaps short-sighted but I imagine heads being cautious about appointing too many ECTs over such logistical concerns

What a phenomenal bunch of students Yr11 have been. The #first to start @nieperacademy in Yr7 2016. How proud we are of all their achievements. They will be missed. We can’t wait to see some return to VI form in #sept2021 and wish success to those moving on to new challenges🎓
