Tomorrow morning I go to Alabama to drop my Bunny off at college. It doesn't feel real yet. My friends are worried.

But a little dad boasting is in order. The Bunny graduated at 17 with a 5.4 GPA. Not a typo. Top 10 in her class. Loaded with honors.
Even her final quarter she got straight A's, despite the grind and working two jobs.
She's taken so many advanced classes during high school that she's entering college most of the way thru her sophomore year. By the time she is 20 she will be entering a PHD program to study neuro-psyche.

Also, having saved money diligently for two years, she has just bought herself a "bone stock" C5 corvette. She found and negotiated the deal herself.

@RobProvince A few days ago she asked if she could take a gun to college, mostly to have for commutes home. She already knew the campus rules. She "owns" a couple of Glocks but wanted the CZ75. "Dad, the CZ is the best gun we have!" Solid truth, little Bunny.

I'm not sure what next week looks like. I'm anxious and nervous...and very, very proud.
