• It means being open in how you communicate.
It's crucial to listen, show up, and show genuine concern for the interests of others. This creates a safe environment where communication can flow both ways.

2. Emotion - Emotion plays a critical role in how you communicate with others.
• It means self-awareness.
• It means emotional intelligence.
• It means having an understanding of who you're talking with.
When communicating, be aware of your own emotions and those you're talking with. This awareness helps you think about your tone and style of delivery to communicate more effectively. 3. Reason - Reason ensures that you're communicating in a logical and understandable way.
