@NBA_NewYork Patrick Ewing has to be there. The man who led the Knicks to both of their most recent NBA Finals appearances. Arguably the greatest Knickerbocker of all time and a true warrior.
@JLas43_ They’re terrible but beating the Yanks always brightens up their days & the Yanks are almost always too happy to oblige. The Mets & Red Sox can always take heart they can pilfer Ws of the Yanks bc all Hal & Co. care about is are the ticket prices exorbitantly high & being bought.
Exactly. Holes, up and down, side to side, front to back, back to back & belly to belly, all around and throughout. Gaping holes that you can drive 16 wheel tractor trucks through, nay, those oversized trucks that require convoys on the highway, no, moving the Lunar Shuttle etc.
@Yankees@StarrCompanies The cracks in the armor are already starting to show with this Yank squad despite the strong start. Too many stark holes & dead spots up & down the lineup being masked by strong pitching, which is being aided by the cold weather & still rusty hitters. They have to get Jazz going.
@TheTennisLetter Just like I said, the Women’s game is looking very strong due in part to Andreeva, and here she comes with the W at Indian Wells. A Grand Slam is almost all but certain now. She’s still a teenager. Look out.
Elena Rybakina after beating Jovic to reach Australian Open R3
“What are you loving about your game at the moment?”
Elena: “Well usually my serve helps me a lot. This time it was a bit more difficult. Overall I think I played a good one.”
“Your opponent is just 17 years old. She’s a star of the future. What impressed you about her?”
Elen: “She’s super young still. I just played another girl first round who is very young… great future ahead for both of them. She plays really good tennis already. Looking forward to playing more matches against her.” ❤️
“What’s your favorite part about working with Goran?”
Elena: “He’s a fun guy. We didn’t know each other so well before. We needed some time to get used to each other. For now I think we did not a bad job in the preseason. Looking forward to winning some titles with him.”
“What’s your favorite thing to do in Melbourne?”
Elena: “While I’m at the tournament I don’t have much time. I don’t do anything interesting to be honest. Just after the tournaments usually. I love animals here and nature. It’s nice to go to the sea and see all the animals like kangaroos and this kind of stuff.” ❤️
@TheTennisLetter I love what I’m seeing from the women this year. Sabalenka & Swiatek are super solid at the top. Coco is on the rise again. Navarro, Rybakina, Andreeva, Emma R are all in the mix. The best part is the potential return to the top of a healthy & motivated Osaka. Exciting stuff.

@NykTerry@NBA Oh cool, yeah I also posted in the playoffs they definitely let the play be more physical both ways, especially in crunch time they don’t want refs deciding the games obviously.
@NykTerry@NBA I said it looks like an offensive foul in slow motion not that it necessarily was an offensive foul. Still, the Spurs would be wise at key moments to try & beat him to the spot & take a charge. Easier said than done though bc they can’t be sure when he’s going to be going for it.
@NBA The refs also allow a much more physical brand & style of play in the playoffs which also definitely helps the grizzled vets that make up the entirety of the Knicks starting five along with Robinson & Shamet. The Spurs are in a whole world of trouble in this series. Enormous.
@NBA In slow motion it really looks like an offensive foul but in real time it’s hard to see bc he’s bumping someone bigger than him, which is almost always the case, but he knocks the primary defender off balance & what makes a pro a pro is the help close by doesn’t phase him at all.
BRUNSON IN THE CLUTCH!
Down 2 with under a minute to go.
Gets to his spot.
Scores to tie the game.
Knicks win Game 2 to take a 2-0 series lead in the NBA Finals 🍿

@YahooSports All the haters in the comments are hilarious. Maybe if they ever attended a Knicks game at MSG they would know that at every single game they spotlight celebrities in attendance. The stars of Broadway literally & figuratively. Celebs are part of the Knicks culture. Their mascot.
The fact that there is so little engagement on this tells you all you really need to know but no they don’t have the most depth they’ve had since 2019. In order to have depth you have to have a rock solid foundation built first and the Yanks do not have that.
"This is the best depth they've had since 2019... it's going to get tested, especially if this is extended."
@Joelsherman1 shares insight into Aaron Judge's injury and what's next for the Yankees if it's determined he'll miss more time.
@TalkinYanks Boone & Cash are full of & love excuses. They are the masters at highlighting them so it won’t be long, if things go very south for them very quickly, for us to start hearing about them not having Judge so what do you expect really? If they fall short, well we didn’t have Judge.
@TalkinYanks You know Boone is sitting pretty right now with their record still being over .500 but the games come fast & furious in MLB. It wouldn’t be surprising at all to see the Yanks quickly plummet to around .500 & the scariest part is it won’t bother Boone that much bc he has an excuse
@YankeeSource Also, the only one developed by the Yankees is Rice, who has his limitations defensively. Cashman & Co. have produced one offensive player to help shoulder the load while Judge is out. ONE!!!! 🤯
@YankeeSource Rice, Bellinger & Jazz. All of their other hitters on this roster & in this lineup come with enormous question marks & asterisks. If only folks were screaming to the mountain tops that the Yanks were woefully under fortified up & down the roster all winter long. Oh wait!! I did!!
