@AmericanAir @NateJWSports Although we understand there was bad weather in Miami, when my flight landed in Orlando at 5:24PM , there was NO BAD WEATHER! Instead of allowing us to disembark in Orlando, we were stranded on the tarmac for over 4.5 hrs after already sitting on the plane for over 9 hrs.

@AmericanAir truly upset with the lack of communication and customer service of the ongoing issue happening at MIA and MOC airport. Flight cancelled + waiting on Tarmac for 4.5 hrs with no compensation, accommodations, and food is unacceptable.
