Help please @WeAreOpenreach, despite numerous emails 2u, u say fibre 2 is not available @ our address yet our neighbours have it, u used our drive to store the cables & pole is at bottom of drive. At our wits end - all we want is same as our neighbours and decent braodband
@WeAreOpenreach Already done that to no avail. Your system NEEDS to be updated. Here is the pole at the bottom of our drive. Why can't I just TALK to a person? Been tryig to get this resolved for weeks.
@WeAreOpenreach I have posted a new post. That was not the pole I should have taken pic of, it was the pole next to it, so sorry for the confusion. The new pics show fibre2 IS available at my postcode. Thank you in advance.
Hi @WeAreOpenreach , Help! Please could u send an engineer to our property. U say we cannot get fibre 2, all neighbours have it, & pics show pole at bottom of our drive with it, plus pic of cables on drive as they were being put in. At our wits end after sending emails galore 2u
@WeAreOpenreach Thank you for reply. My mistake. BUT we do know fibre 2 IS available here yet your system still says postcode doesn't have it. Sky and EE go by that. Our neighbours have it and they take it from same cabinet etc as us. It's just ridiculous

@British_Airways Despite FOUR phone calls, including 3 escalations, in 2 weeks, our full tier/Avios pts still NOT on account. Yet flight pts for this coming Sept been awarded?! As longtime Silver members, NOT GOOD ENOUGH. We wont bk any flight til sorted. Please HELP BA!!
Appalling service from @currys SIX weeks now without an oven that works and waiting on new cooker despite more than 10 phone calls/conversations to their call centre. Cooker supposed to be arriving today - STILL waiting for confirmation text or email. Disgraceful.
