@Hamax001@brumby_fan Bernie is right about the cattle - yet to see any of the repatriations of experienced overseas players coming to the Brums in recent years.
@Hamax001@brumby_fan The feeling among a few in the rugby community in CBR is Hooper would go to the Tahs if he did return to Oz. His brother is now at the Tahs.
@brumby_fan@awoodf01@HuwTindall The future Wallabies coach considered him third best at the Reds going from selections since Tate returned. I think Reds would have a more balanced backrow with Uru, McReight and Brial.
@NotRobSimmons Hope the ABs knock themselves out in their four tests v Boks before we play them in the Bled, as otherwise they are going to be battle hardened.
@AndrewPandy1122@brumby_fan We also need to recruit some more power runners to win some collisions. We have played the same game style for a few years now and the side has regressed.
@brumby_fan@Hamax001 True but that was a hangover from the amateur era. Other sides/nations worked out to have more jacklers across the field quicker than we did who relied on the 7 to do the role.
@Nelsonhdale@rowan_edgar Valetini is likely to go overseas after RWC.
Tom's first season in SR would be 2028 after his contract at Exeter. Not many in Brumbyland feel confident that Tom will return here. Plus our owner would likely prefer Hooper to be at their favourite team, remember "let them fail!"
@kinson88@iainpayten@StanSportRugby In Brums game Pellegrini scores in 20th min but play for another minute before TMO tells ref of possible try. Try awarded yet TV clock not adjusted to when try scored. Also Slips YC, play stopped injury/prop replacement - first play back is 80 secs after. Fans lose with time loss
