@carolvorders As BREXIT refugee who lives in France but works in Asia as an educator in a philosophically led system - I now hope that the UK media focus on the 59% of ppl (apols if my numbers are not up to date), who rejected rightwing politics rather than the 12% who voted Fargist.
@Cornelia_Woll What may be more important is a population educated sufficiently to actually understand how their electoral system works. In the UK the lack of understanding is a vein that neo-liberal media and governments have mined since 1982.
#IBGC2023 take out: a survey of 10,000 global 15-25 years old. 75% think the world is scary. Most think the world will come to an end in their live time. :(

@sjtylr@KoreanBilly The only thing I have waited for longer than Great Britain RL beating the Kangaroos@in a 3 test series is waiting for the Marras to win the RL Championship in whatever form. ;)
@sjtylr@KoreanBilly A reoccurring dream of a Haigh’s (admittedly made by jam eaters) pie on King St. then strolling through Kells (yes a dream not geography) to the Reaction Ground to watch the Chocolate, Blue and Golds win the Superleague.
@MisterCavey entirely depends on framework - as Head of School just initiated Instructional Rounds which focuses on what students are doing not what teachers are doing - more powerful in developing professional capital. However also have an “official” appraisal as part of larger sch group.
