@Delta Was on hold with a phone agent for 4 hours, never spoke to anyone. Text help never addressed the question, just danced around it. Airport staff could only say "sorry we can't do anything". I gave up what I paid for and received a lesser product. Disappointed. Regretting.
@Delta Flight home, was told we had to give up our seats in comfort + to explore seats on an earlier flight. Was given coach. So I paid and picked seats in turn to give those up for less seats that I had zero choice in.
@Delta what happened to customer service. Flight out... Waited 45 minutes to push back. No media. Waited 45 min for the jetway. Waited 2 hours for luggage. No update, no apologies, nothing. Shameful.
Attitude is a choice. You can’t always choose what happens to you but you will choose your response to it. The quality of your response will determine the quality of your life. No one and no thing can tank your attitude without your permission. Be a thermostat not a thermometer.
