A7- Admit that you’re not perfect. Be open to learning new things. Treat staff like they matter, because they do. Treat everyone the same way. Superintendent or someone mowing the lawn. All are part of the team and deserve the same respect and acknowledgment. Don’t be fake. Care! https://t.co/Tyc9lO0L9J
Thank you #OUESD amazing educators who chose to serve our students in ESY and Summer Boost programs. The #inclusive and #welcoming learning environment created by you was incredible!!!!
Always a bucket filler observing the care, kindness, and collaboration of #OUESD Administrators & #RTI Counselors focused on student social emotional supports. @MrHobsonOPS#SEL
Not all your students come to class wanting to learn… but they all come wanting to belong. And when they feel like they belong… they’re much more likely to learn.
I’m more convinced than ever… that a friendly smile and genuine greeting to the students we encounter during the day, is more meaningful than most of us realize. It doesn’t take much to inject some positivity into a kid’s day.
Always a pleasure to spend time with Mr. Brown & Mrs. Delgado-Madriz, 2 of our 4 #OUESD Middle School counselors supporting our new Middle School Wellness Centers this year - Serving student’s social emotional needs!. @MrHobsonOPS@DVMS_Eagles @DVMSASB @rehrlichouesd

Our amazing students learning how to tell time. It’s definitely becoming a lost art. We have become so used to digital clocks. Thanks Mr. Buckman. You are doing great things with our Summer Boost students. #ouesd#studentsmatter#kidsrock
Courageous middle school students participating in the Spelling Bee this morning! Thank you to Mrs. Mauro and Mrs. Meyersieck for making this possible for our students today!!! #OUESD
The TikTok trend of stealing & trashing school property is straight up embarrassing & unacceptable! So over social media outlets allowing such junk to trend. Nothing to celebrate or trend!
Students are generally more excited about learning when the teacher is excited about teaching. The engagement of the kids is usually connected to the enthusiasm of the adult.
