@AmericanAir actually called, to read off a script, not listen to anything I had to say, & decide a return flight 5 days after a storm was somehow the storm's fault. Wouldn't connect me to a supervisor, & told me escalations would call me, but 9 days later, still no call.

Never flying @AmericanAir again. Customer service is non existent. They won't even consider flight voucher compensation for a nghtmare experience, and all complaints are handled via email, which they don't respond to. AA, if you see this, Ref#1-40423995781
